Shipping & Handling
All orders are generally shipped through the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service UPS. Mailed in orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours. However, during our peak season (October - December) orders can take up to 72 business hours to process BEFORE they are shipped.
If there were items missing from your order, you must report those within 72 business hours of receiving your order, and we will take all measures to correct the problem. Any missing items reported after 72 hours will not be honored.
